Size guide 2.0

Our shoes run true to standard UK sizing. Order your usual size for the best fit. Use the foot length column below only if you're unsure of your UK size or buying for someone else.
1
Know your UK size
Start with your usual UK shoe size. These are designed to fit true to size across the full range.
2
Wide feet
You're already covered — our toe box is naturally wide. Only size up if your feet are unusually wide.
3
Between sizes?
Always go up — a half size too large is more comfortable than too small.

Wide feetOur barefoot last is naturally wide. If you have very wide feet, size up one for extra room across the forefoot.
New to barefoot shoes?Your feet may feel the extra width initially — this is normal. Toes will splay naturally over time.
