At GroundedFeet, we are dedicated to providing a reliable and transparent delivery service for our UK customers. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, and terms of service.

1. Delivery Territory

GroundedFeet currently operates exclusively within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to addresses outside of the UK.

2. Order Processing and Cut-Off Times

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding UK Public Holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM GMT.
  • Processing Protocol: Orders placed before 4:00 PM GMT will be processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

3. Shipping Timeframes and Costs

We provide Free Shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. We utilise a network of professional carriers, including Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, DPD, and other specialised courier services.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates. While we strive to meet these targets, GroundedFeet is not liable for carrier delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, or peak seasonal volumes).

4. Order Accuracy and Modifications

  • Address Verification: It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. GroundedFeet is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address data provided by the customer.
  • Modifications: To request a change to your order, please contact support@groundedfeet.co.uk immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered our processing system. Once an order is dispatched, no modifications can be made.

5. Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. This allows you to monitor your package's progress in real-time.
