GroundedFeet offers a specialised 60-day trial period to allow for physiological adaptation to our zero-drop, wide-toe box footwear.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return under this trial, we require that customers engage with our 30-Day Transition Protocol. Returns under this provision are accepted between Day 31 and Day 60 following the recorded delivery date.

Condition: Items returned under the 60-day trial may show signs of light outdoor use. However, items with intentional damage or excessive wear beyond what is necessary for testing will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Logistics: For verified 60-day trial returns, GroundedFeet will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
2. Order Discrepancies and Defective Merchandise
In the event of a fulfilment error or a manufacturing defect, GroundedFeet assumes full responsibility for the remedy.

Scenarios: This includes the receipt of a damaged product, an incorrect colour, or a size that does not match the original order confirmation.

Remedy: Upon verification, GroundedFeet will provide a prepaid return shipping label and initiate a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost to the purchaser.

GroundedFeet provides comprehensive sizing resources and anatomical measurements to facilitate an accurate selection. Therefore, the responsibility for size selection rests with the purchaser.

Scope: This section applies to returns for "change of mind," sizing errors made by the purchaser, or returns initiated before the completion of the initial 30-day adaptation period.

Responsibility of Costs: For all standard returns and size exchanges, the customer shall bear all costs associated with return shipping to our UK warehouse.

Condition for Acceptance: For standard returns (non-trial), items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused, sellable condition.
4. Fees and Charges
GroundedFeet maintains a transparent pricing structure.
