I've been on my feet 10+ hours a day working in a warehouse and I've tried so many insoles over the years — gel ones, memory foam, the expensive orthotics my physio recommended. Nothing really stuck. A colleague mentioned these and I figured at this price point, why not. That was about 6 weeks ago now. The first thing I noticed was how the arch support actually sits where my arch is, not slightly off like most insoles seem to. The 1.8cm arch height is spot on for me. By the end of my first week I realised I wasn't getting that burning heel pain I'd had every single day for about two years. I'm not exaggerating. The U-shaped heel cup cradles your heel really well and I've noticed my ankles don't ache as much either. The acupressure points feel weird at first — almost like walking on little bumps — but after a couple of days your feet just... feel energised? Hard to describe. The mesh top layer is breathable enough that my feet don't get as sweaty as they used to. I trimmed them slightly to fit my work boots and the cut line guides made that easy. Honestly one of the better purchases I've made this year. Already ordered a second pair for my trainers.

Been dealing with plantar fasciitis for nearly 18 months. Right so I'm a postal worker, walk about 12-15km a day on average. My feet have been my biggest work complaint for years. I've tried gel insoles from pharmacies, some branded sports ones, even had custom ones made at a podiatrist (£180 btw). The custom ones were good but they only fit in specific shoes. These insoles came up on my feed and the 4D cloud technology description sounded a bit gimmicky to me but the reviews were strong so I went for it. Genuinely impressed. The foam bounces back properly — I've noticed other insoles go dead after a few weeks of heavy use, but these still feel the same as day one after nearly a month. The U-heel cup is something I now can't imagine being without — keeps your heel from sliding around and genuinely reduces that ankle tiredness. The acupressure texture across the sole is stimulating in a good way, not painful. Also trimmed one pair slightly to fit a narrower work shoe — dead easy, very clean cut. Breathability is solid. My feet sweat less than with the thick gel insoles I used before. For the price, these are absolutely exceptional. Won't be going back to anything else.

Solid arch lift — exactly what I needed for my high arches.

I was pretty sceptical about insoles in general because I've spent money on them before with no real benefit. But I have a job that keeps me standing at a counter most of the day and my lower back and heels were starting to really suffer. Someone in an online group for retail workers mentioned these so I looked them up. Ordered them, put them in my work shoes (lace-up sneakers), and for the first two days the acupressure bumps felt strange underfoot — like mild pressure points all along the sole of my foot. By day four that sensation just became... normal, and actually quite pleasant. The arch support is noticeably present — you can feel it when you stand, it cups under the foot and stops that inward rolling motion. My lower back pain, which I now think was partly caused by poor foot alignment, has reduced quite a bit. The foam doesn't collapse under pressure which is important if you're standing still rather than walking. Breathable mesh on top keeps things fresh. The trim-to-fit aspect is genuinely useful — got them to fit two different shoe sizes by following the cut guides. Really happy with this purchase. Will be buying more.

These have been in my running shoes for the past three weeks and I have no complaints whatsoever. The cloud-like foam description is actually accurate — when you press down you feel genuine give but it springs back properly, not like cheaper foam that just compresses and stays flat. The arch support sits in the right place for me and I have quite high arches so that's not always the case with generic insoles. The heel cup keeps everything stable — no lateral sliding which used to cause me blisters on longer runs. Acupressure bumps are subtle enough not to be distracting but you can feel them doing something throughout the run — feet feel less tight afterwards. I did trim them very slightly at the toe end and the guides make this a two-minute job. No issues with breathability during runs either. For what you pay, these are seriously good. I've recommended them to three people in my running club already.

I've been through probably a dozen different insole brands and most of them promise arch support but deliver a vague raised section that doesn't really do anything. The support on these is actually structured — you can feel it making contact with your arch and holding it, especially noticeable when you've been standing for a few hours. The 4D cloud foam is quite unlike anything I've tried before — it's got this slightly quilted, multi-layer feel to it and absorbs impact really well on hard floor surfaces. The heel cup is a proper U-shape which I appreciated — ankles feel much more stable. The mesh cover breathes well during long shifts. Trimmed one pair with scissors in under a minute, clean and easy. I'm genuinely relieved to have found these. My feet aren't 100% after 12 hours but they're noticeably better than before. Night shifts especially used to be brutal and these have taken the edge off considerably.

The acupressure texture is something I wasn't expecting to like but it genuinely feels like a gentle foot massage while you walk — not uncomfortable, more stimulating. The arch lift is noticeable and appropriate — not too aggressive, just enough to feel supported. The foam quality is better than I expected, no sign of compression or flattening after three weeks of daily use. Breathable and no odour issues. I trimmed them slightly to fit my narrower trainer and the printed guide made it easy. Overall — great product, no reason not to try them at this price.
